Actually, you can't: x=2.7 isn't even a function, because it's a vertical line. This means that you are giving infinite values of y to a single value of x, while you should give one, and one only value of y for each x in the domain.

The only way for answering this question is considering the x as a function of y, while we usually do the opposite. By doing so, x=2.7 would be a constant function, and would thus have slope equal to 0.
