If l=length , w=width, h=height of the prism the volume is

$V=l*w*h$

But we know that $V=h^3+h^2-20h$ hence

$l*w*h=h^3+h^2-20h$

$(l*w*h)/h=(h^3+h^2-20h)/h$

$l*w=h^2+h-20$

$l*w=(h+5)*(h-4)$

From the last equation we find that $l=(h+5)$ m and $w=(h-4)$ m and $h=h$ m
