The coordinates A(1,135) are in the form of Polar coordinates.

In this form, first we move along an angle of 135 from real axis (which has exactly same position as positive side of x-axis in rectangular coordinates) and then move one unit along this direction. Note that 1 denotes distance of point from pole, the center of the graph.
