It depends on whether you allow negative values for r.

If you allow negative values for r, then the graph is a line that passes through the origin and the polar point (1,π6).

If you do not allow negative values for r, then the graph is a ray that starts at the origin and passes through the polar point (1,π6).

Both the origin and the point (1,π6) are easily plotted on polar graph paper.

If you do not have polar graph paper you can plot the line:
