Change the radius from negative to positive by adding or subtracting (as appropriate) $180^{\circ}$ $180^@$ to or from the angle.

In this case, I shall add #180^@ to the angle (instead of subtracting):

$(- 5, 60^{\circ}) \to (5, 240^{\circ})$ $(-5,60^@) to (5,240^@)$

Now, you merely find the intersection on the radius of 5 and the angle of $240^{\circ}$ $240^@$ on the graph paper and draw a point:
