From the polar axis (positive x-axis) on the polar plane, go down $240^@$ or $(4pi)/3$ . You will end up on the ray $120^@$ or $(2pi)/3$ .

Once you get there, find the intersection of the ray $(2pi)/3$ and the fourth circle and plot the point on it .
