$(2x+3)/(x(x-3)$

Adding algebraic fractions is the same as adding arithmetic ones.
Find the common denominator which will be $(x(x-3))$ and make equivalent fractions.

$(3/((x-3)) xx x/x) - (1/x xx ((x-3))/((x-3)))$

= $(3x - (x-3))/(x(x-3))$

= $(3x -x+3)/(x(x-3))$

= $(2x+3)/(x(x-3)$
