Explanation:

As R_1R1 and R_2R2 are in parallel, the resultant resistance RR will be given by 1/(R_1)+1/(R_2)1R1+1R2.

Hence 1/R=1/3+1/6=1/21R=13+16=12 and hence R=2R=2 Omega.

As the voltage of battery source is 120V, assuming 0 internal resistance, current passing through circuit or R_3 is I_0=120/(15+2)=120/17=7 1/17 ampere.

and hence voltage V_3 across it will be 120/17xx15=1800/17= 105 15/17V

and that across other two resistances i.e. V_1=V_2 will be 120-1800/17=240/17V each.

Hence current I-1 passing through R_1 is 240/17xx1/3=80/17=4 12/17 ampere.

and current passing I_2 through R_2 is 240/17xx1/2=120/17=7 1/17 ampere.
