I found for the length of the sides:
21.3 and 20.321.3and20.3
and the missing angle of 67°

Explanation:

From the Law of Sines:
a/sinA=b/sinB=c/sinC

in your case:
a/sin(104.9°)=3.1/sin(8.1°)=c/sinC

C=180-104.9-8.1=67°

Now:

Step 1:

a/sin(104.9°)=3.1/sin(81°)
so a=21.3

Step 2:

3.1/sin(8.1°)=c/sin(67°)
so:
c=20.3
