write a system where you have two linear equations:
`y=m_1x+a`
`y=m_2x+b`
Now you must choose the `m` and `a` and `b`:
1) if `m_1=m_2` and `a!=b` NO solutions (parallel lines);
2) if `m_1=m_2` and `a=b` `oo` solutions (coincident lines);
3) if `m_1!=m_2` ONE solution (lines crossing each others);
