How do you write linear equations for all lines that pass through point (0, 4)?

Another familiar form of the linear equation is

#y=m*x+b#

In which #m# is the slope or gradient, and #b# is the #y#-intercept, that is the place where the graph will intersect the #y#-axis, which happens when #x=0#

The point #(0,4)# ís on the #y#-axis (since #x=0#), so #b=4#

The general form in this notation would then be:
#y=m*x+4#
With #m# any number (even 0)
