Can't be factored

$D = b^{2} - 4 a c = 576 + 204 = 780 .$ $D = b^2 - 4ac = 576 + 204 = 780.$
Because D is not a perfect square, this trinomial can't be factored.

Is it possible to factor y=3x2−24x+17y=3x^2 -24x+17? If so, what are the factors?
