Yes, by the grouping method ...

Rewrite the middle term as ...

$y=6x^2 + 15x - 8x - 20$

[Note: $15xx-8=6xx-20$ ]

Now, use grouping ...

$y=(6x^2 + 15x) -(8x + 20)$

$y=(3x)(2x+5)-4(2x+5)$

$y=(3x-4)(2x+5)$
