0.25h and 30km from A towards B

Explanation:

Motorcycle A and B are 50 km apart.
Speed of A=120km//h, towards A
Speed of B=80km//h, towards B.
Suppose they meet after time t
Distance traveled by A=120xxt
Distance traveled by B=80xxt
Total distance traveled by both=120t+80t=200t
This distance traveled must be ="Distance between the two"=50km

Equating both
200t=50, Solving for t
t=50/200=0.25 h
Distance traveled by A=120xx0.25=30km, towards B
