The injuries would be Fractures and dislocation. For disorders, it would be Osteogenesis Imperfecta.

Explanation:

Fractures: This is when bones break due to an external force that it cannot withstand. There many forms of fracture so I'll give only the 2 common ones, simple and compound.

For simple fracture, imagine a twig that broke but did not split into two, for compound fracture, the twig completely snapped into two.

Dislocation: This is the typical injury for most athletes with regards to the bone. The bone's joint, which is in charge of attaching two bones together, could not withstand the force that the body exerted or if an external force acted upon it which dislocated it.

Like an arm bar jiu jitsu move where you force to dislodge the arm from the guy's shoulder.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta: This is a rare genetic defect where the bones cannot make itself dense enough to support weight. This is why those who have this condition are highly prone to fractures.

There is currently no cure for this condition and would appear at a very young age.
