Hint:

• `H:^(-)` is a very strong lewis base. What do lewis bases want?
• What then does "Product A" want to do to `CH_3CH_2Br`, which has a `Br`, a good leaving group in this context?
• "Product B" is a connection between acetylene and `CH_3CH_2Br` in some way.
