$dy/dx = -2cos(x)$

The sine is an odd function, so $sin(-x) = -sin(x)$

So we have

$y = sin(-x)-sin(x) = -sin(x)-sin(x) = -2sin(x)$

Derivating it we have

$dy/dx = -2cos(x)$
