Given : $s l o p e = 2, x_{1} = 1, y_{1} = - 3$ $slope = 2, x_1 = 1, y_1 = -3$

Slope form equation is $y – y1 = m(x – x1)$

$y + 3 = 2 * (x - 1)$

$y + 3 = 2x - 2$

Standard form of equation is $Ax + By + C = 0$

Hence, $-2x + y + 3 + 2 = 0$
