Explanation:

5 + (x-4)/4 - 2(4-x) > 0

Multiply by 4 to get rid of the denominator

20 + (x-4) -32 + 8x > 0
9x - 16 > 0
9x > 16
from here, you would be able to get a linear graph. The answer should be where x > 16/9
