$A+B=[(13,10),(4,7),(7,-5)].$

Since $A and B$ both are $3xx2$ matrices, $A+B$ is defined and is

again a $3xx2$ matrix, worked out as under by adding the

corresponding entries :-

$A+B=[(5+8,7+3),(-1+5,6+1),(3+4,-9+4)]$

$A+B=[(13,10),(4,7),(7,-5)].$
