therefore
$XXX (3) \cdot (4) = c$ $color(white)("XXX")(color(red)(3))*(color(blue)(4)) = c$
$\Rightarrow XXX c = 12$ $rArrcolor(white)("XXX")c= 12$

So $x y = 12$ $xy = 12$
and
when $y = 12$ $y=color(green)(12)$
$XXX x (12) = 12$ $color(white)("XXX")x(color(green)(12))=12$
