Amplitude = 1/4
period = pi
no phase shift

Explanation:

Consider the equation y= asin(bx-c)+d
the a value is the amplitude.
In your function, the a value is 1/4 so that is the amplitude

the next value is the b value. To find the period from the b value you would use the equation period = (2pi)/b
so (2pi)/2 = pi

the next value is c or the horizontal translation (aka phase shift)
the c value is just 0 so there is no phase shift.

Also the d value is vertical translation in case that is useful.
