then

We are told
$XXXX$ $color(white)("XXXX")$ $7.5 = c \cdot 9$ $7.5 = c*9$
So
$XXXX$ $color(white)("XXXX")$ $c = \frac{7.5}{9} = \frac{5}{6}$ $c = (7.5)/9 = 5/6$

and when $p = 24$ $p=24$
$XXXX$ $color(white)("XXXX")$ q = 5/6*24 = 20#
