The slope for (x=2) is undefined and as such you can not really use the slope-intercept form.

Explanation:

The slope-intercept form is
XXXy=mx+b for a line with slope m and y-intercept b

No such equation exists that is equivalent to x=2.

x=2 is a vertical line passing through the X-axis at (2)
It has an undefined (infinite) slope and does not cross the Y-axis (there is no y-intercept).
