The slope for $(x = - 2)$ $(x=-2)$ is undefined and as such you can not really use the slope-intercept form.

Explanation:

The slope-intercept form is
$XXX y = m x + b$ $color(white)("XXX")y=mx+b$ for a line with slope $m$ $m$ and y-intercept $b$ $b$

No such equation exists that is equivalent to $x = - 2$ $x=-2$ .

$x = - 2$ $x=-2$ is a vertical line passing through the X-axis at $(- 2)$ $(-2)$
It has an undefined (infinite) slope and does not cross the Y-axis (there is no y-intercept).
