See Explanation.

Explanation:

select any value you wish. Add 4 to it. The number you now have is the value of y

Suppose I chose the value of 3 as x. Then 3+4=7

So when x=3,y=7

Ok! Lets pick another value for x. I chose 10

Add 4 and you get 6

So when x=10,y=6

Mark your two point.

Put a rule and draw a line through the two points. Extend this line to the edge graph area.
