He needs to add to his kitty by $€220$

Let Yosief have $3x$ coins of 1€ and $2x$ coins of 2€. As their total number is $700$ , we have

$3x+2x=700$ or $5x=700$ or $x=700/5=140$

Hence, Yosief has $3xx140=420$ coins of 1€ and $2xx140=280$ coins of 2€.
